How old are you? (Optional)
What Country are you from?(Nice to know what times you will be on)
What languages do you speak?(Just kind of a cool thing to know :p)
How many other private servers have you played in the past that you've really enjoyed?:
How much experience do you have of being a moderator? (Be Honest).
What will you do to help out the community?:
NOTE: If you have just joined the server, it is not reccomended to make an app, as I will most likely not read it.
